Hi there, I’m Connie Rotella, founder of The Winning Circle, and an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and speaker. And like many women, I’ve found myself stepping into the stage of life that comes with menopause, something that still isn’t clearly explained or understood.
At a certain point, your body stops responding the way it used to. Your energy shifts. Your rhythm changes. What once felt natural starts to feel unpredictable.
No one really prepares you for that.
As I began approaching this stage of life, I realized how little real guidance there is around it. Not surface-level advice. Not “just push through it.” But clear, honest understanding of what’s actually happening in our bodies.
I didn’t want to navigate that uncertainty alone. And I knew I wasn’t the only one feeling it.
My work has always been rooted in growth, creativity, and showing up fully in every chapter of life. This one is no different. But it requires a different kind of awareness. A different kind of support.
The Winning Circle came from that realization. Not as a concept, but as a response to something missing. A space that reflects what so many women are actually looking for, but rarely find. If this resonates with you, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to navigate it on your own anymore.

That’s where Tania Paris comes in.
Tania is a movement coach, choreographer, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies through intentional movement. With years of experience in fitness, dance, and mobility training, she combines rhythm, strength, and mobility to help people move better, build long-term strength, and develop a deeper awareness of their bodies.
In 2024, she became the first woman in the world to earn the ATG Level 3 Mobility certification with Knees Over Toes, a globally recognized fitness program.
Her work focuses on helping women build confidence in their bodies, create sustainable movement habits, and stay strong through every stage of life.
Through this collaboration, The Winning Circle brings together movement, knowledge, and community to support women during this transition.

The Winning Circle is a space designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and the stages that surround it with more clarity, strength, and structure.
